Virtual Outside of School (VOS)

Virtual Outside of School (VOS) courses are designed for independent and self-motivated learners. VOS offers honors level courses and electives. Students are enrolled in comprehensive online courses and are required to attend synchronous Google Meet sessions once a month. VOS courses have defined start and end dates.

Virtual Inside of School (VIS)

VIS is designed for independent and self-motivated learners. Students are enrolled in comprehensive online courses. Students complete work asynchronously during a block of the school day in the digital learning lab, with support from a trained mentor. The instructor of record uses a combination of synchronous Google Meets and/or face to face sessions to meet with students on set schedules to provide additional instruction and support. VIS courses have defined start and end dates.

Credit Recovery (CRP)

  • During School
  • After School

When a student fails a high school course, they have the opportunity to retake a condensed version of the course, focused on essential content, to recover the credit and replace the failing grade.  Students in CRP complete their coure work in a structured online environment with flexibility to access support from trained mentors.  Mentors are available during the school day in the digital learning lab at their home school or after school in designated support sessions to provide guidance and ensure student success.  Enrollment in the CRP is initiated thorough school-based staff who identify eligible students.
